Just Pie -do you... Pie?- .

Hi pie lover!



i am going to share a review about foods today! personally i am a pie lover, especially Chicken & Mushroom pies! (i would spend all my money on them!) 

Mentioning about pies, who doesn't prefer the pie to be crunchy outside warm and juicy inside? (ok, maybe some people don't, but majority do!) I have been to so many cafes, pastry house etc.. From affordable one to premium price ones. Unfortunately, i still could not find any of them serving delicious juicy pies like the one i had in Australia especially from Pie Face! (If you wonder, Pie Face is a pastry house which sells pies with funny faces on them and they are mad delicious! -pieface- )

Recently, i have had found the pie that i am crazy for all these while (Not as delicious as Aussie one but it taste not bad!) since i am back in Malaysia. Introducing the "Justpie


(Delicious succulent fillings surrounded by light flaky pastry, sweet or savory. Is there anything more perfect than a Well-Made Pie? -Justpie-) 

Yes, it's really crunchy outside, warm and juicy inside, not to forget. delicious too! Well, let me show you a picture of Justpie!

Bought a Mushroom Chicken Pie for RM7.90 at the newly opened stall at ioi City Mall. (trust me, it's affordable with the juicy chicken and mushroom in it!) The staff will ask if you want the pie to be warm up. I have been to many pastry house and they do not provide warm up/ re-heat service to client! (Pie like this taste 10x better when warm!) I get so excited when i can peel the top of the pie layer by layer. (it's really fluffy and crunchy on top.) They sell quite a few varieties of Pies as well as Cake pies! (Yes, you could actually get a birthday pie that looks like a cake here! creative idea for pie lover huh?) Also, not to forget the power of social media these days! Most people (90%?!) would snap a photo (or maybe tons of it) of their foods and beverages before start eating them! Like people said, #CameraEatFirst. Agree? #justpie knew this well, their tables are wrapped with poster for their lovely customers to snap some beautiful photos and show them off on social media network.

Just put whatever you order on the center part and snap as many picture as you like! 
(good idea for the trend huh? hehe)

Volkswagen Jln Klang Lama by CNB Auto Sdn Bhd

hello peeps,

The title said it all. u'r right, it's about servicing. I don't normally blog but when i do. i am reaching out information to the others.

Let the story begin,



Normally, we do call up to the service center and make an appointment for car service. Unfortunately, i called for 8 times and the phone line remains busy. Hence, i did not give up calling (somehow you have to find you ways to make that appointment right?? lol) After trying for tons of times, finally someone picked up the call by only saying "Hello.." (come on, at least you pick up the call and say, VW service center or something to clarify yourself!).

Ok fine, i just want to make an appointment. Then i told her that i wanted to make an appointment for car servicing. (THEN you should assume the person will ask you about the details such as time, date, car number, name etc right?) she just replied me "Ok." and kept quiet for a minute. i thought she is marking down the appointment on the system or whatever. who knows, her intention was just to reply me "Ok." (what is this?!?!?!)

once again, fine...after waiting, i then felt suspicious as she still kept quiet and so what people will normally do? (of cours speak out and ask what are the details she needs since she did not get any details from me) Eventually i asked her what are the details she needs. She then replied "you mau service kereta?" (WHAT?!?!?! so it means she is not listening to be before that? oh, wait, i call ke service center bukan service kereta then beli kereta ke?) i chill myself down and replied her "ya, service kereta". 



i felt like i am the one who is working at the service center, i even ask her what is the available time, what details do you need. All she wanted was the car plate number, date and time. she did not ask what services you wanted to do etc (normally other service center's staff will ask and clarify). So i assume they perform most services (alignment, software update, other services) i wanted when i arrive. 

Appointment booked which falls on the next day. when i arrived, then was told that they do not have alignment services (which i needed).  Ok, this ruin my mood. How can the service center be so bad? meh, at least you know that you service center does not have EVERYTHING. then put up your mind and ask your client, "what services they need to do" or maybe tell them what services are not available in this service center. 

After all, some people might have good experiences with this service center. i don't know, it's just my personal experience. you judge whether customer should be servicing their vehicles there or no.
